Schweeet Keto Bombs (makes 12 bombs)

Ingredients:

300g Crunchy Peanut Butter (no added sugar)
100g Organic Coconut Oil
10 to 20+ Drops of Schweeet

Instructions:

(You can use any nut butters for this recipe, crunchy, smooth, almond etc. just check to make sure there is no sugar added and the lower the carb content the better.)

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and use an electric whisk (on low to start with) to mix the ingredients together and switch to high as the mixture emulsifies together. The mixture will slowly getting runnier and lighter in colour as you whisk, this is perfect and makes it easier to divide the mixture.

Place 12 cupcake cases into a medium sized cupcake/muffin tin. Divide the mixture evenly between them all and place in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Enjoy with a lovely cup of tea!
