Schweeet Tomato Puree Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Punnet of Small (cherry or plum) Tomatos (or a can/tin of tomatos will also do nicely)
1-2 Cloves of Garlic (peeled, whole)
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (good quality)
2-4 Drops of Schweeet
A pinch or 2 of Italian Herb Seasoning (optional)
A Pinch or 2 of Maldon Sea Salt
Spices or Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blender until smooth, put in a small saucepan and simmer on a low to medium heat until mixture condenses to a thick consistency, let it cool down and use it for anything you like. We recommend you create a fresh sour dough pizza!
