Schweeet Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

A Tin or Jar of Organic Chopped Tomatoes (No Added Sugar)
Pinch Maldon Sea Salt
Pinch Organic Pepper (Optional)
Pinch Organic Mixed Herbs (Optional)
1 Clove Organic Garlic (Chopped Finely)
Spicy / Hot Sauce (Optional)
2 Tablespoons Organic or Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 Drops of Schweeet (Per Tin)

Instructions:

Bolognese

Our tomato sauce makes for a great bolognese and all you have to do it add all of the ingredients to any dish you like. Wether you choose meat, vegan or vegetarian choices, just simmer until you are happy with the consistency.

Pasta

Vegetarian? it is also really good as a pasta sauce. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, heat the sauce in a pan until it is hot or reduces down to a preferred thickness / consistency. Add to cooked pasta and voila!

Pizza

Fancy a easy home made pizza? is also really good as a pizza base topping. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, heat the sauce in a pan until it reduces down to a nice thickness / consistency. Once cooled spread across the pizza base.
