Keto Bread Ingredients:

6 Medium or Large Eggs At Room Temperature (or an Egg Substitute)
170g Ground Almonds / Almond Flour
100g Unsalted or Salted butter At Room Temperature (or a Dairy Free Alternative)
2 Tbsp olive oil (30 ml)
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds / Ground Flax Seed (45 grams)
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds  (30 grams)
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda (optional but increases loaf height)
1/4 tsp Maldon Salt / Sea Salt
2-40 Drops of Schweeet


Preheat your oven to 180C

Beat / Whisk the extra large eggs together in a medium / large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them well (electric whisk if you have one). Most importantly ddd the Schweeet adding a couple of drops for a more traditional taste or add a lot more for a really nice bread cake 😉 Line a loaf tin with baking paper (very important). Optionally sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top of the loaf. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. (Use a knife to test the middle of the loaf and make sure it comes out clean) The loaf can be kept out of the fridge for a couple of days or in the fridge for around 4-5 days or frozen for 2-3 weeks.

Experiment with this recipe and add flavours to the bread!

Also makes fantastic toast!
